Who is ZAMCO?
ZAMCO stands for "Zakaib Additive Manufacturing Company". Our business reflects over 15 years of engineering, fabrication, and design experience, culminating in a variety of service offerings for consumers and businesses alike. Our Mini Mart (you are here!) is our primary store, were we offer a range of tabletop gaming miniatures and accessories, designed and manufactured exclusively by ZAMCO. We also provide design services to film studios and practical VFX artists, as will be seen in the upcoming short film "Mimik", directed by Paul Matte. Finally, we offer a range of engineering services, including short-run SLA 3D printing, component reproduction, engineering design, process engineering, and process validation, specializing in the biomedical manufacturing space. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship all across Canada, all packages originating from ZAMCO HQ in Toronto. We currently do not ship internationally, but let us know if you're interested in our products -- your input could help us decide where to sell next!
What do you charge for shipping?
Generally speaking, shipping is completed through Canada Post or a third-party courier of your choosing. Fees range anywhere from $15 and up, depending on order quantity. Bulk orders will reduce your shipping charges. If you proceed to checkout, shipping charges will be automatically calculated. We currently also offer FREE local delivery to certain areas within the GTA. Look for the "local delivery" option on checkout to see if you qualify.
What is your return policy?
All products come with a 100% quality guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your order, or components are damaged or missing upon delivery, please contact us directly at hello@zamcominis.com with your order number, and we can help process a return or exchange at no cost to you.
What are your models made of?
All models are made of lightweight, high-performance resin, fabricated using an SLA 3D printing process. This resin does not require any additional post-processing, and is ready-to-paint at your leisure!
Do you offer miniature painting services?
Unfortunately, due to the high workload of manual painting, we do not currently offer miniature painting services.
Do you sell STL files for ZAMCO miniatures?
Not yet! But we are hoping to offer some STL's soon for early adopters. Stay tuned for information on our upcoming Patreon/Kickstarter.
Do you offer commercial licenses for ZAMCO miniatures?
Not at the moment. All ZAMCO models are currently available exclusively through the ZAMCO online store. If you are interested in pursuing a commercial partnership with ZAMCO, please contact us at hello@zamcominis.com.
What is ZAMCO's "NO AI" policy?
While we understand that generative AI technology is interesting and potentially valuable for many businesses, the use of AI tools violates ZAMCO's business and climate sustainability policy, which prohibits the use of generative AI for the development of designs, 3D models, writing, code, or marketing assets that bear the ZAMCO name. While we do not pass judgement for those who choose to use these tools for any personal or business use, we proudly design all of our products through the application of human engineering, creativity, and ingenuity.
